About the data:
Mock data contains e-commerce online sales from Pets Shop. The data set is from H1'21. The sales data has two categories: products for dogs and cats, and 4 subcategories: Food, Treatm Toy, and Bedding.

Approach & Deliverables:
I went through 6 steps of the data analysis process. Due to the fact that the data are mock, at some points, I made my own assumptions.

1. ASK: Define the problem and confirm stakeholder expectations
The main goal: prepared a dashboard to 
show data that can bring impactful insights and a positive impact on business.

2. PREPARE:  Collect and store data for analysis
Internal data from the company system.

3. PROCESS:  Clean and transform data to ensure the integrity
Data was in CSV format and in the next stage was converted into Excel.
Data was checked for errors: duplicates, incorrect, incomplete. 

4. ANALYZE:  Use data analysis tools to draw conclusions
I focused on three main elements like sales value, orders number, and customer numbers, and then I went from general to more detailed conclusions.

5. SHARE:  Interpret and communicate results to others to make the data-given decisions
In the work environment, I would share outcomes with internal stakeholders and share what we can do in the next steps, for example, use insights to:
- measure performance
- establish KPI | in the next step to measure realization
- give insight into customer habits 

6. ACT:  Use data analysis tools to draw conclusions
